Easy Online Application Process
Once you find a home you like, you will need to fill out an application (all residents over the age of 18 are required to apply separately). Follow the steps below to apply for the property you are interested in. If you are unable to apply online, please give us a call for additional options.

Know the requirements
- Before submitting an application, please watch the short video provided below & download and read MPM’s rental criteria.
- As a company, we do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law and welcome Persons of all Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Handicap, Familial Status, or National Origin. Please click on the “Montana Fair Housing Info” button for more information.

Check for pending applications
- When we receive multiple applications on a property, tenants are selected on a “most qualified” basis.
- You may email us to inquire about pending applications for the property you are interested in, prior to applying.

Submit your application
- Do NOT use AUTO FILL while filling out your application
There is a one-time, $65 non-refundable application fee for all applicants and co-signers. If your application is not approved for any reason, no refunds are given. - If your application is approved, but not selected for your first-choice property, your application may be eligible for other available properties, without paying an additional application fee.
- The Apply Online button accesses our secure online application portal.

If the unit you applied for is no longer available, your application will be valid for 6 months and transferable to any other unit (managed by Missoula Property Management) for consideration.
